Good news! The Spring Photo Contest submission deadline has been extended to May 18.

Spring is in full bloom, and we want to see your beautiful Post and Beam Barns shed, barn, or cabin and your Early New England Homes residence in all their seasonal glory! We’re hosting two separate Spring Photo Contests — one for each brand — and you’re invited to participate in either (or both!) if you’re a customer.

Whether your structure is surrounded by spring blossoms, bright green fields, or simply glowing in golden light, this is your chance to showcase your home or building and win a handcrafted prize!

Prizes

We’re giving away one grand prize per contest, plus there is a bonus prize. Anyone who submits a photo or votes in the contest is eligible for the bonus prize. One winner will be randomly chosen to receive the bonus prize.  

How It Works

1. Capture

Take high-resolution (3024 x 4032) spring photos of your:

• Post and Beam Barns shed, barn, or cabin

• Early New England Homes residence

2. Submit

Upload your photos using the submission form from now until May 18.

• Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC

• File size limit: 128MB per photo

• Max entries: 10 photos per submission

3. Get Featured

Selected entries will be showcased on our websites and social media channels.

4. Vote

A panel will select 2 finalists per brand. Fans will vote from May 19 to May 29 to choose the winners!

5. Win

The entry with the most votes in each contest wins the grand prize for their brand. Plus, a bonus raffle winner will be selected! Winners will be announced on May 30.

Submission Guidelines

By participating, you agree to the following:

• You are a customer of Post and Beam Barns or Early New England Homes

• You own the rights to your submitted photos

• You grant us permission to use your photos in marketing materials, including our websites and social media

• You agree to our privacy policy

The SUBMITTER hereby grants to CCI, without the SUBMITTER’s right to or the receipt of any monetary or other form of compensation, the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs, images, and/or videos of the building and SUBMITTER in CCI’s marketing, including but not limited to CCI’s print and social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and any other print and social medial channels that CCI may use in the future. This authorization includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit, alter, copy, or distribute the photographs, images, and/or videos for social media purposes, use of the photographs, images, and/or videos on CCI’s website, promotional materials, and other digital or printed media, and to publish or post the photographs, images, and/or videos on social media platforms as part of CCI’s marketing, promotional, or informational content.
